Biography

Josephine “Jodie” Pernice, 88 of Cameron died Sunday, February 28, 2010 in a Cameron nursing center. Private funeral services will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Pernice was born October 30, 1921 in the Seaton Community of Bell County to Michael and Anna (Bartek) Ondrias. She married John Pernice and he preceded her in death in 2003. She had worked as a sales clerk for McIntosh Department Store in Cameron for many years. Mrs. Pernice was a member of St. Monica’s Catholic Church and a long time member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2010 in Cameron.

Christine Slavik of Buckholts
5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren
